We design and manufacture single mode fiber beam delivery systems for use in an Ultra-High Vacuum environment, in fields such as Metrology and Imaging.

Our designs are unique to singlemode fiber solutions for this kind of environment but are compatible with a range of ISO standard flange types, including CF-type flanges.

To ensure that your solution is totally reliable in the harshest environments, we carry out extensive tests in our UK plant for:

• Operating pressure: ≤ 1x10-6 mbar
• Outgassing (H20): ≤ 4x10-7 mbar l/s
• Outgassing (HxCy) AMU 50-300: ≤ 1x10-9 mbar l/s
• He Leak Rate: ≤ 5x10-8 mbar l/s
